Iran Industrial Foundation Co. (IIF CO.) was founded as a privately-owned, multi-functional industrial and engineering firm, in March, 1982, by a number of well-known, experienced managers and engineers. In 1985, IIF Co. was registered with the Planning and Budgeting Organization as a professional consulting firm in the fields of Industry, Engineering, Management, Systems and Economics. Later on, it was also awarded competency certificates in training and human resource development, information systems design and development , and industrial buildings by authorized governmental and non-governmental organizations (such as State Management and Planning Organization, and Iranian Society of Consulting Engineers).

IIF Co. has carried out over hundred projects in different fields of Management and Industry such as strategic planning at national and organizational levels for different industries and organizations, feasibility studies of industrial projects, design of management systems, design of information systems, design of cane sugar mills, cheese plants, storage systems for agricultural products, etc.

IIF Co. is an active member of several professional organizations, such as Iranian Society of Consulting Engineers (a FIDIC member), Iranian Management Consultants Association, Iranian Food Science and Technology Association (IFSTA) and Banking and Credit Investment Consultants Center.
